At the top of your screen you have the navigation categories, which includes the different styles of clothing we offer. Simply hover your mouse cursor over the category/department and click to select. Once on the selected category page, you have the various items available to purchase on the left and some options to the right including a list of brands, colour and size filters. These options allow you to narrow down your search to specific requirements. There are two ways of viewing a single product, using the quick view option by pressing the circular red magnifying glass button (which appears when you hover over) or by just clicking on the product image/title. The full page gives you more information, such as specific size measurements and details.
Our friendly search option allows you to narrow down results so that you can find things quicker. Simply add your requirements, whether it be one word or more, to the search field/text box at the top of your screen on every page. Then press either enter on your keyboard or click the small magnifying glass next to it to search.
The ‘Add to Bag’ button will only be clickable when the selected size is in stock. If the button doesn’t turn black when the cursor is held over, this means the specific size you chose is currently out of stock. When a size is in stock, the button will allow you to click and add the chosen product to your bag. Always make sure you have selected your size before trying to click the button.
If the required size is out of stock please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of when/if another can be obtained. Alternatively keep checking back regularly as we update our stock when available to us. If you wish to be notified upon arrival we will need your email address.
We currently offer one payment method in Paypal, which is the most preferred way to pay online because it’s safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. It speeds you through checkout in just a few clicks and is more secure because your financial details are never revealed.
For those who don’t wish to take advantage of an account, you can also pay separately using your credit card through Paypal’s secure website. Simply select the option ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ and fill in the required fields. Fumbling with your credit card, or filling in forms is no longer necessary with PayPal as it stores and protects your details so you can speed through the checkout in no time at all. Once set up with Paypal, an email address and password is all that’s required to pay online thus making your shopping experience quick and easy.
Creating an account with us can help to speed up the checkout process by storing your billing/shipping information for every time you visit. You can also keep track of your online orders. To set up an account, simply click on the ‘Register’ or ‘My Account’ link at the top of every page.
