We reserve the right to change these terms at anytime and any changes made will apply to subsequent orders that are received.

1. Product Information

Our aim is to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that certain characteristics such as colours can slightly vary from the actual product either due to the photography lighting or differentiation with screen monitor/tablet displays. Size measurements are also approximate and could possibly vary between garments dependent upon the type of fit whether it be slim, regular or chunky. It is always possible for our items to become unavailable completely or just in particular sizes, we advise to check back regularly to see if your chosen product comes back into stock as we shall update and edit the information continually. If you wish to know further information about a product such as whether it will be restocked, please feel free to get in touch here and we will happily provide you with your answer.

2. Making an Order

When you place an order with us you should receive a confirmation email of your purchase details. Alterations can be made as long as its within one hour of placing an order and you can do so by emailing us at shop@modfellas.com with your order number.

 

3. Delivery Information & Costs

We offer a standard UK delivery charge of £3.00 with deliveries within 2-5 working days. Please note that we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so an extra working day will need to be added for this. You can keep track of all your orders by creating an account, which includes your order status and date. Orders aim to be dispatched within 1-3 working days of confirmation (usually within 1 working day). Specific delivery instructions can be added when placing your order e.g. “please leave with neighbour if not home”. However we are not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen when specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

Our next day delivery charge is £8.00 on all orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri. Please note that orders received on a Friday cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the Saturday due to Royal Mail conditions, however some may. Any orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched next day on the following Monday.

Please be aware if paying by e-cheque through Paypal, orders will not be sent until the payment has cleared (this includes ‘Next Day’ delivery).

 

4. Missing Orders

All orders over £30 will be sent recorded delivery however its still possible for some orders to go missing in the post and if your order hasn’t arrived you will need to do the following:

Please ensure that you have allowed enough time for the delivery to be made, which is usually around the 15 day period. If after 15 days you still haven’t received your order please let us know through the contact form or by email and we will look into the matter for you. We recommend checking with your local Post Office that the order hasn’t been delivered whilst you were out and taken back for collection. For International orders please allow up to 21 days before reporting the item as missing.

 

5. International Shipping

Shipping costs for International delivery vary between continents and should be delivered within 5-10 working days. Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. Charges are as follows:

Europe: £10.00
North America: £13.00
Asia & Australia: £14.00

Any international orders above the value of £150 are subject to revision. We do not allow the use of shop and ship couriers to send goods to countries outside of our accepted shipping zones. This will result in your order being cancelled.

 

6. Payment Options

We currently offer one payment method in Paypal, which is the most preferred way to pay online because it’s safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. It speeds you through checkout in just a few clicks and is more secure because your financial details are never revealed.

For those who don’t wish to take advantage of an account, you can also pay separately using your credit card through Paypal’s secure website. Simply select the option ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ and fill in the required fields. Paypal is 100% secure and verified with the necessary green lock to ensure your safety when entering your details.

Please be aware if paying by e-cheque through Paypal, orders will not be sent until the payment has cleared (this includes ‘Next Day’ delivery).

 

7. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding original delivery charges). Simply return the goods back to us at the address stated on your delivery invoice within 14 days, where you will be credited to your original form of payment. All items must be returned in their original unused condition with the tags attached and it is your responsibility to cover the costs of returning (we recommend using a recorded delivery service as we will not be held responsible for missing packages). If you return an item that is not in its original condition and has been worn, washed, modified, damaged or had its tags removed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund dependent upon state. Please be assured that we check all items for faults before dispatching to ensure our high quality service.

For exchanges, you may select a different size or colour of the same product providing the stock is available. Simply return the item back to us in original unused condition with the tags attached and specify on the receipt which size or colour you would like to exchange for. No credit will be given if the item has reduced in price, you will need to make a separate order.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges from countries outside of the UK and you will need to make a new order, so please ensure that you have chosen the correct size and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
